{"id":4364,"date":"2024-07-02T12:03:03","date_gmt":"2024-07-02T17:03:03","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/liuyan.ca\/?p=4364"},"modified":"2024-07-02T12:03:40","modified_gmt":"2024-07-02T17:03:40","slug":"%e5%be%97%e8%83%9c%e5%8a%a0%e6%8b%bf%e5%a4%a7%e5%ae%89%e7%9c%81%e6%b5%b7%e5%a4%96%e4%b9%b0%e5%ae%b6%e7%a8%85%e9%80%80%e7%a8%8e%e8%a1%8c%e6%94%bf%e8%af%89%e8%ae%bc%e6%a1%88","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/liuyan.ca\/en\/archives\/4364","title":{"rendered":"\u5f97\u80dc\u52a0\u62ff\u5927\u5b89\u7701\u6d77\u5916\u4e70\u5bb6\u7a05\u9000\u7a0e\u884c\u653f\u8bc9\u8bbc\u6848"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>\u7131\u5f8b\u5e08\u4e8b\u52a1\u6240\uff0c\u76ee\u524d\u4ee3\u7406\u4e86\u591a\u8d77\uff0c\u7533\u8bc9\u6d77\u5916\u4e70\u5bb6\u7a05\u7684\uff0c\u9000\u7a0e\u7591\u96be\u6742\u75c7\u6848\u4ef6\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u60f3\u5728\u52a0\u62ff\u5927\u548c\u653f\u5e9c\u884c\u653f\u673a\u5173\u6253\u5b98\u53f8\uff0c\u4fd7\u8bdd\u8bf4\u7684\u597d\uff1a \u6c11\u544a\u5b98\uff0c\u96be\u4e8e\u4e0a\u9752\u5929\uff01 \u60a8\u6709\u8fd9\u4e2a\u80c6\u91cf\u4e00\u8d77\u6311\u6218\u52a0\u62ff\u5927\u7684\u653f\u5e9c\u7acb\u6cd5\u3001\u53f8\u6cd5\u7cfb\u7edf\u5417\uff1f<\/p>\n<p>\u5c31\u5b89\u7701\u8d22\u653f\u5385\uff0c Ministry of Finance \u5c31\u6d77\u5916\u4e70\u5bb6\u7a0e\u7684\u62d2\u7edd\u9000\u7a0e\u7684\u884c\u653f\u51b3\u5b9a\uff0c\u60a8\u662f\u5426\u8ba4\u4e3a\u90fd\u662f\u5408\u6cd5\u5408\u89c4\u4e14\u5408\u60c5\u5408\u7406\u7684\u653f\u5e9c\u5b98\u65b9\u51b3\u5b9a\u5462\uff1f<\/p>\n<p>\u7701\u653f\u5e9c\u5728\u51fa\u53f0\u5bf9\u9650\u5236\u6d77\u5916\u4e70\u5bb6\u6765\u5b89\u7701\u8d2d\u623f\u7684\u6cd5\u5f8b\u6cd5\u89c4\u51fa\u53f0\u4ed3\u4fc3\uff0c \u77ac\u95f4\u4e0d\u53ca\u63a9\u8033\uff0c \u7acb\u6cd5\u7a0b\u5e8f\u76f8\u5bf9\u7b80\u6613\uff0c\u5728\u6cd5\u6761\u89c4\u5b9a\u4e0a\u6b20\u7f3a\u4e25\u8c28\uff01 \u4ece\u800c\u5bfc\u81f4\u4e86\u5728\u9002\u7528\u6cd5\u5f8b\u7684\u65f6\u95f4\u7a0b\u5e8f\u4e2d\uff0c\u5bf9\u4e8e\u6cd5\u6761\u7684\u5185\u5bb9\uff0c\u53ef\u80fd\u5b58\u5728\u6b67\u4e49\u3002 \u5728\u5b9e\u8df5\u4e2d\uff0c\u5bf9\u4e8e\u6240\u6d89\u53ca\u7684\u6d77\u5916\u4e70\u5bb6\u7fa4\u4f53\u53ef\u80fd\u9020\u6210\u4e0d\u516c\u6b63\u7684\u88c1\u5b9a\u7ed3\u679c\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u4ece2017 \u5e74 4 \u6708\u81f3\u4eca\uff0c \u7131\u5f8b\u5e08\u4e8b\u52a1\u6240\u5df2\u7ecf\u6210\u529f\u5e2e\u8fd1\u767e\u4e70\u5bb6\u7533\u8bf7\u56de\u4e86\u5b89\u7701\u6d77\u5916\u4e70\u5bb6\u7684\u9000\u7a0e\u3002 \u5305\u62ec\u548c\u884c\u653f\u673a\u5173 MOF \u5185\u90e8\u7684\u884c\u653f\u590d\u8bae\u590d\u5ba1\u6848\u4ef6\uff0c \u548cMOF\u636e\u7406\u529b\u4e89\uff0c\u4f9d\u7167\u52a0\u62ff\u5927\u5baa\u6cd5\u53f8\u6cd5\u89e3\u6790\uff0c \u7591\u96be\u6742\u75c7\uff0c\u624b\u5230\u75c5\u9664\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5982\u679c\u884c\u653f\u673a\u5173\u53d7\u7406\u4e86\u62d2\u7edd\u4e88\u4ee5\u9000\u7a0e\u7684\u51b3\u5b9a\u7684\u884c\u653f\u590d\u8bae\u7533\u8bf7\uff0c \u4ecd\u7136\u505a\u51fa\u4e86\u4e0d\u4ee5\u9000\u7a0e\u7684\u884c\u653f\u590d\u8bae\u88c1\u5b9a\uff0c \u90a3\u4e48\uff0c \u8d2d\u623f\u4eba\u53ea\u80fd\u591f\u50cf\u5b89\u7701\u9ad8\u9662\u63d0\u8d77\u5bf9\u884c\u653f\u673a\u5173MOF\u7684\u884c\u653f\u8bc9\u8bbc\uff0c \u8981\u6c42\u6cd5\u9662\u88c1\u51b3\uff1a \u884c\u653f\u673a\u5173MOF \u662f\u5426\u6b63\u786e\u89e3\u6790\u548c\u9002\u7528\u4e86\u76f8\u5173\u6cd5\u5f8b\u6cd5\u89c4\uff0c \u5728\u6cd5\u9662\u5ba1\u7406\u671f\u95f4\uff0c \u884c\u653f\u673a\u5173\u548c\u8d77\u8bc9\u4eba\u90fd\u6709\u6743\u5229\u4e5f\u6709\u4e49\u52a1\u53ca\u65f6\u51cf\u635f\uff0c\u534f\u5546\u89e3\u51b3\u6cd5\u5f8b\u7ea0\u7eb7\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u7136\u800c\uff0c\u5f88\u591a2017\u5e74\u4ea4\u7a0e\u7684\u6848\u4ef6\uff0c\u76ee\u524d\u4ecd\u7136\u5728\u7b49\u5019\u6cd5\u9662\u6392\u671f\u8fc7\u7a0b\u4e2d\uff01 \u5927\u75ab\u4e09\u5e74\uff0c \u65e0\u5f62\u95f4\u65e0\u9650\u671f\u7684\u51cf\u7f13\u4e86\u6cd5\u5ead\u7684\u5ba1\u7406\u5468\u671f\uff0c \u5f53\u4e8b\u4eba\u52a8\u8f84\u51e0\u5341\u4e07\u7684\u8eab\u5bb6\uff0c \u4fe9\u5a03\u90fd\u751f\u4e86\uff0c 15% \u8d2d\u623f\u603b\u4ef7\u52a0\u5229\u606f\u90fd\u8fdf\u8fdf\u62ff\u4e0d\u56de\u6765\uff01<\/p>\n<p>\u8001\u767e\u59d3\u7684\u6c11\u751f\uff0c \u5728\u5c81\u6708\u7684\u5206\u5206\u79d2\u79d2\u4e2d\uff0c \u7ef4\u6743\u5f53\u7136\u9700\u8981\u5f8b\u5e08\uff01<\/p>\n<p>\u4e3a\u8001\u767e\u59d3\u529e\u5b9e\u4e8b\uff0c \u9760\u5b9e\u529b\uff01<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u7131\u5f8b\u5e08\u4e8b\u52a1\u6240\uff0c\u76ee\u524d\u4ee3\u7406\u4e86\u591a\u8d77\uff0c\u7533\u8bc9\u6d77\u5916\u4e70<\/p>","protected":false},"author":2,"featured_media":4366,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[162],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-4364","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-162"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v24.9 -
