\u5728\u9057\u5631\u7ba1\u7406\u548c\u8d44\u4ea7\u5206\u914d\u7684\u8fc7\u7a0b\u4e2d\uff0c\u9057\u4ea7\u53d7\u6258\u4eba\uff08Estate Trustee\uff09<\/strong> \u662f\u5426\u5c65\u884c\u4e86\u5bf9\u53d7\u76ca\u4eba\u516c\u5f00\u900f\u660e\u7684\u62ab\u9732\u4e49\u52a1\uff0c\u6210\u4e3a\u4e86\u672c\u6848\u4e89\u8bae\u7684\u6838\u5fc3\u3002Munro v. Thomas<\/strong> \u8fd9\u4e00\u6848\u4ef6\u63a2\u8ba8\u4e86\u9057\u4ea7\u53d7\u6258\u4eba\u662f\u5426\u6709\u4e49\u52a1\u5411\u53d7\u76ca\u4eba\u63d0\u4f9b\u9057\u4ea7\u8d44\u4ea7\u7684\u8be6\u7ec6\u4fe1\u606f\uff0c\u5c24\u5176\u662f\u5f53\u53d7\u76ca\u4eba\u5bf9\u67d0\u4e9b\u8d44\u4ea7\u7684\u5f52\u5c5e\u4ea7\u751f\u8d28\u7591\u65f6\uff0c\u9057\u4ea7\u53d7\u6258\u4eba\u5e94\u5982\u4f55\u5904\u7406\u3002<\/p>\n
