Morrison, 2015 ABQB 769\u4e00\u6848\u4e2d\uff0c\u6d89\u53ca\u9057\u4ea7\u5206\u914d\u7684\u5173\u952e\u95ee\u9898\u96c6\u4e2d\u5728\u6ce8\u518c\u9000\u4f11\u6536\u5165\u57fa\u91d1\uff08RRIF\uff09\u7684\u7a0e\u52a1\u5904\u7406\u4ee5\u53ca\u9057\u4ea7\u8d44\u91d1\u7684\u4e0d\u8db3\u3002\u6848\u4ef6\u7531\u9057\u4ea7\u53d7\u76ca\u4eba\u4e4b\u4e00\u63d0\u8d77\u7533\u8bf7\uff0c\u8981\u6c42\u6cd5\u9662\u63d0\u4f9b\u76f8\u5173\u7684\u6cd5\u5f8b\u5efa\u8bae\u548c\u6307\u5bfc\uff0c\u5e2e\u52a9\u89e3\u51b3\u56e0RRIF\u7a0e\u52a1\u5904\u7406\u4e0d\u5f53\u800c\u5f15\u53d1\u7684\u9057\u4ea7\u5206\u914d\u56f0\u96be\u3002<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u6848\u4ef6\u6982\u51b5<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u7533\u8bf7\u4eba\u662f\u9057\u4ea7\u8bbe\u7acb\u4ebaH\u7684\u6210\u5e74\u5b50\u5973\u4e4b\u4e00\u3002\u9057\u5631\u8bbe\u7acb\u4ebaH\u53bb\u4e16\u540e\uff0c\u5176\u9057\u4ea7\u5305\u62ec\u4e24\u9879\u4e3b\u8981\u8d44\u4ea7\uff1a\u7ea6\u503c$100,000\u7684\u4e3b\u8981\u5c45\u6240\u548c\u7ea6\u503c$77,000\u7684RRIF\u3002\u7136\u800c\uff0cRRIF\u7684\u6307\u5b9a\u53d7\u76ca\u4eba\u662fH\u7684\u5176\u4e2d\u4e00\u4e2a\u6210\u5e74\u5b50\u5973\uff0c\u8fd9\u610f\u5473\u7740\u8be5\u8d44\u4ea7\u76f4\u63a5\u6d41\u5411\u6307\u5b9a\u53d7\u76ca\u4eba\uff0c\u800c\u4e0d\u8fdb\u5165\u9057\u4ea7\u3002\u8fd9\u5bfc\u81f4\u4e86\u9057\u4ea7\u7ba1\u7406\u4eba\u9700\u8981\u5904\u7406\u7684\u590d\u6742\u7a0e\u52a1\u548c\u8d44\u91d1\u5206\u914d\u95ee\u9898\u3002<\/p>\n<p><strong>RRIF\u7684\u5904\u7406\u95ee\u9898<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u6839\u636e\u52a0\u62ff\u5927\u7a0e\u6cd5\uff0cRRIF\u7684\u6536\u76ca\u53ef\u76f4\u63a5\u652f\u4ed8\u7ed9\u6307\u5b9a\u53d7\u76ca\u4eba\uff0c\u800c\u4e0d\u7eb3\u5165\u9057\u4ea7\u3002\u7136\u800c\uff0cH\u7684\u53bb\u4e16\u89e6\u53d1\u4e86RRIF\u7684\u5e94\u7a0e\u4e8b\u4ef6\uff0c\u5bfc\u81f4\u9057\u4ea7\u9700\u627f\u62c5\u76f8\u5e94\u7684\u7a0e\u52a1\u8d23\u4efb\uff0c\u800c\u975e\u4eceRRIF\u6536\u76ca\u4e2d\u6263\u9664\u3002\u8fd9\u79cd\u5b89\u6392\u5bf9\u9057\u4ea7\u4e2d\u7684\u5176\u4ed6\u53d7\u76ca\u4eba\uff0c\u7279\u522b\u662f11\u540d\u5b59\u8f88\u7684\u9057\u8d60\uff0c\u9020\u6210\u4e86\u8d44\u91d1\u4e0d\u8db3\u7684\u5c40\u9762\u3002<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u9057\u4ea7\u8d44\u91d1\u4e0d\u8db3\u7684\u6311\u6218<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u7531\u4e8eRRIF\u7684\u7a0e\u52a1\u8d1f\u62c5\u843d\u5728\u9057\u4ea7\u4e4b\u4e0a\uff0c\u800c\u975eRRIF\u6307\u5b9a\u53d7\u76ca\u4eba\uff0c\u9057\u4ea7\u4e2d\u7684\u5269\u4f59\u8d44\u91d1\u4e0d\u8db3\u4ee5\u652f\u4ed8\u5bf9\u5176\u4ed6\u53d7\u76ca\u4eba\u7684\u9057\u8d60\u3002\u8fd9\u8ba9\u9057\u4ea7\u7ba1\u7406\u4eba\u9762\u4e34\u56f0\u5883\uff0c\u5982\u4f55\u5728\u6ee1\u8db3\u7a0e\u52a1\u8d23\u4efb\u7684\u540c\u65f6\uff0c\u516c\u5e73\u5206\u914d\u9057\u4ea7\u4e2d\u7684\u5269\u4f59\u8d44\u4ea7\u6210\u4e3a\u4e00\u4e2a\u96be\u9898\u3002<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u6cd5\u9662\u7684\u5904\u7406\u610f\u89c1<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u6cd5\u9662\u5728\u6b64\u6848\u4e2d\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e86\u91cd\u8981\u7684\u6cd5\u5f8b\u6307\u5bfc\uff0c\u5e2e\u52a9\u9057\u4ea7\u7ba1\u7406\u4eba\u5e94\u5bf9\u7531\u4e8eRRIF\u7a0e\u52a1\u5904\u7406\u53ca\u9057\u4ea7\u8d44\u91d1\u4e0d\u8db3\u5f15\u53d1\u7684\u4e89\u8bae\u3002\u6cd5\u9662\u5f3a\u8c03\uff0c\u9057\u5631\u8bbe\u7acb\u4eba\u5728\u89c4\u5212\u9057\u4ea7\u65f6\u5e94\u5145\u5206\u8003\u8651RRIF\u7684\u7a0e\u52a1\u5f71\u54cd\uff0c\u786e\u4fdd\u6709\u8db3\u591f\u7684\u8d44\u91d1\u652f\u4ed8\u7a0e\u52a1\u8d23\u4efb\u53ca\u5176\u4ed6\u9057\u8d60\uff0c\u4ece\u800c\u907f\u514d\u7c7b\u4f3c\u7684\u6cd5\u5f8b\u7ea0\u7eb7\u3002<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u7ed3\u8bed<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Morrison v.
